Parma Ham & Feta Cheese Ciabatta

Ingredients:

  • Ciabatta bread
  • Feta Cheese chopped
  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • Parma ham, sliced
  • Basil

Method :

1. Bake the Ciabatta for 8 minutes at 180-200ºC
2. Slice the bread open and butter the bottom half.
3. Add parma ham, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese.
4. Top with basil
5. Cut the sandwich
